In this module, technicians will learn the operation of the Snap-on MT2500 Scanner and its features. Using a "simulated scanner," students are walked through the navigation of the tool's many menus and functions. Students will use the simulated scanner to perform operations such as component functional tests, recording and playing back a movie, and retrieving codes and live data. The course includes Progress Checks and a Module Test, and tutor assistance is available. Topics covered include:
