Circuits & Meters Module I begins with an introduction to electricity and AC/DC electrical properties. It begins with basic atomic structure and continues with in-depth descriptions of Voltage, Current, and Resistance and their relationships to one another. Students are then introduced to Digital Volt-Ohm Meters(DVOM), their setup and usage and the procedures for making measurements and converting the readings. The module ends with a series of experiments for applying meter use knowledge to the testing of sample circuits.
